These terms govern your use of our websites (kamalimmigration.com, easystartup.ca, instaoverseas.com and associated sites), newsletters, assessment tools, AI assistant, and all communications and services connected with them. By using any of them, you accept these terms.
"Protected Parties" means: Ch Kamaljeet Singh Sodhi (RCIC #R712487); Nora, our AI assistant; all consultants, associates, agents, employees, service providers, and contractors associated with our services; Kamal Visa & Immigration Co. Ltd., Canadian Startup Business Services Corp., Insta Overseas (Applybest Solutions), and all associated companies, parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates; all directors and officers of the above; the owners and operators of our websites; and their respective successors, assigns, licensors, and suppliers.
1. General Information Only
Our websites, newsletters, assessment tools, and AI assistant collect and share publicly reported information in short summaries. They do not produce original news reporting and do not provide personalized analysis. All content is general information only — not immigration, legal, financial, or business advice, and not a substitute for professional advice. Nothing on our websites — including our assessment tools — in any way assesses an individual’s eligibility for Canadian immigration. Immigration rules change frequently; always verify against official sources (canada.ca, IRCC) and get appropriate professional advice relevant to your particular circumstances before any action or decision is taken on the basis of our content.
2. No Professional Advice
Nothing on our websites, in our newsletters, in our assessment outputs, or in any communication with Nora creates a consultant–client, advisor–client, or any professional relationship. A professional relationship arises only under a signed written agreement, such as our Initial Consultation Agreement or Service Agreement. 3. Use of Nora — Our AI Assistant
Nora is an AI assistant used across our websites, assessment tools (including the PR Eligibility Assessment), reports, newsletters, and client communications. She provides general information based on the data you share with us.
- Nora is an automated system. She is not a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, lawyer, or any licensed professional. Only Ch Kamaljeet Singh Sodhi (RCIC #R712487) is licensed to provide Canadian immigration advice.
- Nora’s outputs are supervised and audited by Kamaljeet Singh. Even so, AI systems may occasionally produce errors, "hallucinations," or outdated information.
- Automated assessments and reports are preliminary, general-information outputs only. They are not a professional assessment of your eligibility. Only Kamaljeet Singh’s personal review constitutes professional assessment or advice.
- Interacting with Nora — by website chat, form, email, WhatsApp, Telegram, or any other channel — does not create a professional relationship and does not constitute professional advice.
- Do not rely solely on Nora for immigration decisions or for preparing or submitting applications to IRCC or any government authority. Always verify AI-provided information with Kamaljeet Singh, a licensed professional, before acting. You are solely responsible for verifying anything Nora tells you.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, no Protected Party shall be liable for any application refusal, delay, loss, or damage arising from reliance on Nora’s automated responses.
4. Waiver of Liability
By reading, receiving, sharing, or using our newsletter, websites, assessment tools, AI assistant, or communications, you agree that the Protected Parties shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, damage, cost, or expense arising from reliance on, or actions taken based on, any of our content — including AI-generated content. You read and act entirely at your own risk.
5. Limitation of Liability
Except where such exclusions are prohibited by law, under no circumstance shall any Protected Party be liable for negligence, or for damages of any kind under any legal theory — including direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of revenue, profits, business, anticipated savings, use, goodwill, data, or immigration opportunities — arising out of or in connection with your use of, inability to use, or reliance on our websites, newsletter, assessment tools, AI assistant, communications, or any content therein, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
6. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Protected Parties from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your breach of these terms or your use of our websites, content, or services other than as expressly authorized.
7. Sources & Copyright
Every news item in our newsletter carries a source marking (mainstream media, IRCC, Canada.ca, etc.). Summaries are brief fair-use excerpts; full stories belong to their publishers — follow the source links to read more. All website content, text, images, logos, and design are our property or used with permission. You may view, copy, and print our content for personal, informational, non-commercial use only. Do not modify it, quote it out of context, or reproduce it on any other website or medium without our written permission. Any dispute arising out of or relating to our websites, services, or these terms shall be brought exclusively before the courts of the Province of Ontario, and you irrevocably submit to their jurisdiction.
10. Changes & Severability
We may update these terms at any time; the updated version takes effect when posted, and your continued use means you accept it. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
